My name is Nhagara Hayes. I joined WCG-IRB in November of 2020. Prior to WCG-IRB I was with Holland America Cruise Line for 22 fulfilling years.

Originally born and raised in S. Florida, I am proud to call myself a person of the Pacific Northwest. I served in the US Army at then Fort Lewis. I then set my roots here in Washington State. My beautiful wife Katrina and I have 3 daughters and 1 son. I enjoy traveling ,undertaking new adventures, live music, golf and rooting on my Red Sox. I have coached youth baseball, tennis and golf over the years. I currently volunteer as a board member on boards that assist in community development.  Interesting fact: my wife and I are tiki enthusiast. We like tiki beverages, have an extensive tiki mug collection and look for tiki bars to partake of libations in cities where we travel.

I look forward to each opportunity to work with you in Board.
